What is the minimum investment?
Single-asset co-investments typically start at €500,000. Club-deal partnerships usually run from €1M to €5M per investor, and anchor positions are sized case-by-case.
Which markets do you operate in?
Cyprus, Greece, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Poland, Serbia, and selected emerging markets across the Balkans, North Africa, and Eastern Europe.
What returns do you target?
Core commercial and residential strategies target 8–12% net IRR. Vacation and leisure assets target 12–18%. Global opportunities are underwritten to 18–25% net IRR with commensurate risk.
How long is a typical hold period?
Core assets hold seven to fifteen years. Value-add and repositioning strategies typically exit within three to five years. Opportunistic and global deals are case-by-case.
How are investors reported to?
Quarterly portfolio reports, annual audited accounts, and an investor portal with live capital account balances. Material events are communicated within 48 hours.

DB Real Estate, Investments & Consulting Ltd is a Cyprus-registered company. Fund structures are established on a deal-by-deal basis with regulated administrators, independent trustees, and Big Four audit.
